2020年12月5日，大连东软信息学院召开第三次学生代表大会。大会高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜，紧密围绕学校党政工作大局，不断提高服务师生水平，积极探索学生会工作规律。根据《中华全国学生联合会章程》、《关于推动高校学生会(研究生会)深化改革的若干意见》等有关规定，经市学联和校党委批准，于A2-309报告厅隆重召开。
高等职业技术学院在党组织的领导下，团组织的指导下，认真做好了本次学代会代表的酝酿、选举工作。学院共14人参加了本次学生代表大会，他们认真履行代表职责，展现了高职学院学生风采。
大会伊始，全体代表起立，奏唱《国歌》，雄浑响亮的国歌声昭示着会议正式拉开序幕。会议期间，张梓馨同学代表第十八届学生委员会作工作报告，全面总结大连东软信息学院第十八届学生委员会在任职期间的主要工作成果，并对今后的工作进行展望。
校党委副书记、副校长任昊同志发表重要讲话，希望东软学子自觉把自身的理想同祖国的前途、把自己的命运同民族的命运紧密联系在一起，在为祖国奋斗的过程中实现个人的人生价值，把自己的梦想融入实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的波澜壮阔的奋斗之中。要勇于砥砺奋斗，努力开拓创新，要敢想、敢试、敢为，要善思、善学、善用，敢于做新时代的先锋，秉承精勤博学，学以致用的东软精神，在一次次的实践中、历练中积累经验，在一次次的奋进中、拼搏中提升素质，孜孜以求、矢志不渝的学习本领、磨练本领、提升素质。
审议通过《第十九届学生委员会委员候选人名单（草案）》、《第十九届学生委员会委员选举办法（草案）》、《第十九届学生委员会选举总监票人、监票人、总计票人、计票人名单(草案)》等文件。本次学生代表大会本着民主、公正、公开的原则，采用无记名差额投票的方式选举产生了第十九届学生委员会委员。我院宋涵、孙昊坤两名同学成功当选第十九届学生委员会委员，向全校展示了高职学院学子奋发努力、力争上游的精神面貌。
最后，校团委书记董亚君做重要讲话。她充分肯定了学生会在引领大学生坚定不移跟党走、服务学校人才培养大局、扎实做好学生工作等方面的贡献。并对学生会工作和学生干部提出几点希望：一是要加强对同学的政治引领为根本，突出学生组织的政治性。二是要以勇于自我革新为使命，突出学生组织的先进性。三是要以全心全意服务同学为宗旨，突出学生组织的群众性，竭诚为广大同学的成长、成才服务。“想同学之所想，急同学之所急”，成为同学们“想得起、找得到、靠得住”的好朋友。用青春浇筑梦想，用热血铸就时代，向着中华民族伟大复兴的光辉彼岸奋勇前进！
在嘹亮的《国际歌》中，此次大会圆满结束。相信此次第十九届学生代表大会的开展定会让学生代表们在今后的学习和工作中牢记学校嘱托，大力践行社会主义核心价值观，进一步明确个人职责，敢为人先、勇于担当，充分发挥好学生会的谋划、组织、桥梁和纽带作用，团结带领广大同学，在建设高水平大学新征程中再做新贡献、再创新辉煌!
今后，高职学院学生会也将以本次学生代表大会的召开为契机，同心奋进，继承发扬此次学代会精神，付出行动，更好地贯彻学生工作“从学生中来，到学生中去”的方针，更好的为同学服务，同时为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦添砖加瓦！
